The Cantina del Bonsignore was born in 1993 thanks to the idea and passion of Mr Aldo Vignoli.
The restaurant was originally a medieval wine cellar belonging to an ancient palace of the old town centre of Brisighella. The wine cellar has been completely renewed preserving the old style. The wrought-iron armchairs next to the entrance were the seats of the old Sarti Cinema Theatre in Faenza, the bar counter was originally the cash counter of old " Savings Bank" in Faenza.
Details such as old style objects and terracotta tiles floor create an intimate and cozy atmosphere.
Our Menù changes every week according with the periodicity and availability of raw materials.
In occasion of gastronomic events in Brisighella to promote local products, we will prepare themed courses.
